We spend 1/3 of Our Lives asleep. While we dream, our body heals our mind tries to make sense of her waking life. Sometimes we are able to resolve issues from the past while dreaming, and other times we are able to gain prophetic glimpses into the future.
It’s wise to maintain a bubble of protection around our beds, especially as magical folk. Anoint Each corner of your bed lavender oil. Do the same under your pillows and anywhere on your blankets that feels right. Place four pieces of amethyst under your bed or mattress at all corners. By the light of violet candle raise your arms above your bed and visualize a protective Dome that is the color of lavender and amethyst and declare this Rampart here is peaceful and protecting of all my dreaming and astral projecting then extinguish the candle when you are finished
